Women In Guam
Guam’s unique inhabitants are believed to be Indo-Malayan descendants from Southeast Asia, dating again to 2,000 BC. The cultural and linguistic practices of those groups are similar to individuals in the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. The early society established by the Chamorro thrived due to superior abilities in hunting, horticulture and fishing. They have been expert craftsmen who specialised in pottery and weaving, and had been wonderful seamen.
