Une délégation parlementaire en mission à l’intérieur du pays a tenu une conférence de presse ce lundi 30 juillet 2018 à KANKAN.
C’est la salle de conférence de la radio rurale qui a servi de cadre à cette cérémonie en présence des honorables ben Youssouf KEITA et Mamadou kenda diallo ainsi que 3 assistants parlementaires et le représentant du ministère de la santé et du partenaire financier.
Sur les objectifs et l’enjeu de la dite mission,Honorable kenda diallo nous a fait Savoir céci : « c’est la commission santé qui s’est proposée depuis un an de faire le tour des structures sanitaires en vue de toucher du doit les réalités du doigt des structures sanitaires.Histoire de faire en sorte que les autorités prennent les dispositions »
Dans son intervention, le député honorable Ben Youssouf keita a fait le compte rendu des différents constats faits au cours de la tournée.Aux titres des constats positifs,l’amélioration de l’hygiène et accouchement dans certaines structures sanitaires notamment Kouroussa,siguiri et KANKAN.Amélioration de la gestion des déchets sur les 9 structures 7 ont des incinérateurs. Sans omettre la gratuité de la césarienne et des vaccinations qui aux dires de Dr KEITA ,est une réalité dans les structures visitées.
Concernant les constats négatifs,les réalités sont alarmantes.Le responsable de la commission santé à l’Assemblée Nationale nous a révélé l’insuffisance du personnel de santé notamment les médecins dans de nombreuses structures visitées.C’est le cas de karifamoriyah,baro,bissikrima.
À ce problème, s’ajoute la présence des stagiaires et bénévoles de plus de 10 ans et la faible rémunération de certaines matrones qui sont payées de 20 à 50milles par mois.
Un accent a été mis également sur l’insuffisance de la sécurité dans certaines structures comme Dabola,Kouroussa et SIGUIRI.
Aux dires de Dr KEITA, au centre de santé construit par la première dame à Baro des dizaines de serpents ont été tués,dont 3 vipères dans la salle d’accouchement.
Et à SIGUIRI deux cas de vol de bébé ont été signalés à l’hôpital et ainsi que les pertes de motos.
Selon les révélations du médecin,l’hôpital de SIGUIRI ne bénéficie pas de chambre froide.
À noter que la délégation parlementaire a mis l’occasion à profit pour lancer un appel aux autorités de bien vouloir prendre compte de ces constats,afin de venir en aide aux structures sanitaires de Guinée,précisément celles de l’intérieur du pays.
Selon l’honorable,La mission va se regrouper avec les différentes structures pour faire un rapport,comme l’année dernière.
